Well woman care is designed to promote wellness at all stage's of a woman's life, beyond pregnancy and birth. Whether you are planning for a future pregnancy, navigating changes in your hormones, or simply wanting to stay on top of your health, I offer individualized testing and care based on your needs and goals.
Fertility Counseling & Pre-conception Care
Whether you're just beginning to think about pregnancy or have been trying to conceive, we can explore your hormone levels, cycle patterns, health history, and fertility goals. Together, we can identify ways to support your reproductive health— such as hormonal panel testing, nutritional advice, baseline lab work, and supplementation changes— and help you feel informed about your options, while focusing on education and a holistic approach to reclaiming your fertility.
Wellness Screenings
Preventive care is an option in risk management and mitigation. I offer Pap smears and cervical cancer screening, breast and pelvic health assessment, and other appropriate wellness screenings depending on your individual needs.
Labwork & Hormonal Health
When appropriate, I can help evaluate concerns related to cycles, fertility, energy, mood, and hormonal changes through laboratory testing and hormone panels. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, testing is guided by your individual symptoms, history, and goals, and focuses on finding the root problem rather than treating symptoms.
